Emergencies and out of hours
If your pet needs urgent help outside our opening hours, please call The Lighthouse on 01243 765 247. Our partner for out-of-hours care is a fellow independent based in Havant providing dedicated cover 24/7. Please make sure you phone before attending.

Deposits
To help us manage our diary fairly and reduce missed appointments, we take the full consultation fee as a deposit when booking. This payment is simply credited towards your visit on the day. The policy helps us keep appointments available for pets who need them most and ensures our team’s time is reserved for your companion’s care.
